Our winter warmer sessions are designed to equip you with greater insight and focus on the key building blocks of a successful and innovative business.

You can decide to attend one or more of the sessions, depending on your business stage and knowledge gaps. The sessions will be workshop-based, with content designed to challenge entrepreneurs to be innovative in their thinking and understanding of customer needs. Plus, it's the chance for you to network and make new connections with fellow entrepreneurs in the creative and inspiring environment of Perth’s Famous Grouse Ideas Centre.

In this session we’ll explore tools that will assist with clear and up to date analysis of the opportunities available to your business. We’ll discuss how to acknowledge threats and where appropriate, turn them into opportunity.
